书法艺术是中国国粹，是传承和发扬中华优秀传统文化的重要载体。为贯彻落实中办国办《关于全面加强和改进新时代学校美育工作的意见》和教育部《关于全面实施学校美育浸润行动的通知》要求，进一步弘扬和传承中华优秀传统文化，弘扬中华美育精神，举办第四届“胡问遂杯”上海市学生书法展，现面向全市在校学生征稿。

The Calligraphic Art of the fourth "Hu Wensui Cup" Shanghai Student Calligraphy Exhibition is the quintessence of China and an important carrier to inherit and carry forward Chinese excellent traditional culture. In order to implement the requirements of the Opinions of the State Council of China on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving Aesthetic Education in Schools in the New Era and the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Comprehensively Implementing Aesthetic Education Infiltration in Schools, further carry forward and inherit the excellent Chinese traditional culture and carry forward the spirit of Chinese aesthetic education, the fourth "Hu Wensui Cup" Shanghai Student Calligraphy Exhibition was held, which is now open to the students in the whole city.

征 稿 对 象

Target Contributors

目前就读于上海市的大学生、中小学生和幼儿园小朋友均可投稿，分小幼组（幼儿园到小学二年级）、小高组（小学三、四、五年级）、中学组（含中职）、大学组（含高职）、国际学生组（在上海就读的外籍学生，报名时请写明学校名称及国籍）五个组别。

Call for papers for students currently studying in Shanghai, Primary and secondary school students and kindergarten children can contribute, which can be divided into five groups:the primary group (kindergarten to the second grade of primary school), the junior high group (the third, fourth and fifth grades of primary school), the middle school group (including secondary vocational schools), the university group (including higher vocational schools) and the international student group (foreign students who must be in Shanghai, please indicate the name and nationality of the school when registering).

征 稿 要 求

Call for Papers Guidelines

1. 临摹、创作均可。创作作品要求是歌颂主旋律、弘扬正能量、健康积极向上的诗句文。临摹经典碑帖为范本。

1.Copy and creation can be done. The requirement of creating works is to praise the main theme, promote positive energy, and be healthy and positive. Copying from classical stele rubbings as exemplars.

2. 作品为毛笔中文书法，不含硬笔、篆刻、刻字和外文书法。

2. The work is Chinese calligraphy with brush, excluding hard pen, seal cutting, lettering and foreign language calligraphy. 

3. 作品尺寸为四尺对开（136cm*33cm）竖式。 

3. The size of the work is four-foot half-size Xuan paper  (approx. 136cm*33cm) vertically.

4. 根据要求，上传作品照片，画面尺寸不小于2000*3000像素，文件不小于2M。

4. According to the requirements, upload the photos of the work, the screen size is not less than 2000*3000 pixels, and the file size is not less than 2M. 

5. 不得对照片中的作品内容进行二次加工修改，一经发现，取消活动参与资格。

5. It is not allowed to make secondary processing and modification according to the content of the works in the film. Once found, the qualification for participating in the activity will be cancelled. 

6. 每人限投一件作品，经线上初评决定是否入围。复评需按要求寄送原件，通知另发。

展 出 安 排

Exhibition Arrangement

入展作品将于2025年7、8月期间在胡问遂艺术馆展出，获奖作品将在上海多区巡展。

The exhibited works will be exhibited in Hu Wensui Art Museum during July and August, 2025.

奖 项 设 置

Awards

1. 入围作品共500名，从中选出入选作品300件，需寄送作品，再从中评选出入展作品200件。在入展作品中评出获奖作品150件。其中，金奖20名，银奖40名，铜奖90名。获奖、入展作品均颁发证书、赠送作品集。入选、入围作品只发入选、入围证书。另将评出优秀组织奖20个，优秀指导教师20名。

1. There are 500 finalists, 300 of which need to be sent, and then 200 of which will be selected for exhibition. 150 award-winning works were selected among the works in the exhibition. Among them, there are 20 gold medals, 40 silver medals and 90 bronze medals. Award-winning and exhibition-participating works are presented with certificates and collections. Selected and shortlisted works are only presented with selected and shortlisted certificates. In addition, 20 outstanding organization awards and 20 outstanding instructors will be awarded.

2. 组委会将对获奖作品作者进行面试，具体要求另行通知。杜绝代笔，凡是发现或被举报作者有代笔等弄虚作假问题的，经核实后一律取消入选资格。

2. The organizing committee will interview the authors of the winning works, and the specific requirements will be notified separately. Put an end to ghostwriting. Anyone who finds or is reported to have fraudulent problems such as ghostwriting will be disqualified after verification. 

3. 该活动将纳入上海市中学生综合素质评价系统。

3.  This activity will be included in the comprehensive quality evaluation system of Shanghai students. 

4. 获奖作者、优秀组织奖和优秀指导教师将在专业书法报刊、上海文教结合、上海艺教、胡问遂艺术馆等微信公众号进行宣传介绍。

4. Award-winning authors, outstanding organization awards and outstanding instructors will be publicized and introduced in professional calligraphy newspapers and periodicals, Shanghai Cultural and Educational Integration, Shanghai Art Education, Hu Wensui Art Museum and other WeChat official accounts.

5. 获奖作者可报名经选拔进入胡问遂艺术馆与上海市黄浦区青少年艺术活动中心合办的"胡问遂书法艺术提高班"学习。

5. Award-winning authors are eligible to apply for admission to the "Hu Wensui Calligraphy Art Advanced Class" (co-organized with Hu Wensui Art Museum and Huangpu District Youth Art and Activity Center of Shanghai Municipality) through a competitive selection process.

Other explanations 

1. 本次征稿不收取参赛费、评审费，入选作品一律不退稿。

1. There is no entry fee and review fee for this call for papers, and all selected works will not be returned.

2. 由上海市科技艺术教育中心、上海市艺术教育协会和胡问遂艺术馆共同组成第四届“胡问遂杯”上海市学生书法展活动组委会。由专家组成评委会，本着公平、公正、公开的原则对来稿进行初评、复评和终评。

2. The organizing committee of the fourth "Hu Wensui Cup" Shanghai Student Calligraphy Exhibition is composed of Shanghai Science and Technology Education Center, Shanghai Art Education Association and Hu Wensui Art Museum. A jury composed of experts will conduct preliminary evaluation, re-evaluation and final evaluation of the contributions in the principle of fairness, impartiality and openness.

3. 作品的所有权、出版权等归属大展组委会。凡投稿者均视为承认并遵守征稿启事的各项约定。

3. The ownership and publishing rights of the works belong to the organizing committee of the exhibition. All contributors are deemed to acknowledge and abide by the stipulations of the call for papers. 

4. 本征稿启事解释权归本次活动组委会所有。
